LL Covers UK – Refund & Returns Policy

At LL Covers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges when purchasing from LL Covers in the United Kingdom.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase from LL Covers online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

  • Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

  • Items should be returned with original packaging where possible.

  • Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while in their possession.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery paid at the time of purchase.

 

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Not as described

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You may be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Please provide photographs of the issue and your order number when contacting us.

 

5. Custom or Made-to-Order Covers

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-measure BBQ covers cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly manufactured. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning unwanted items.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, LL Covers will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
